HASA Outline of Executive Positions

President
• conduct all meetings of LRHASA according to simple parliamentary procedure
• exercise general supervision over all affairs of the organization

Vice-President
• the Vice-President, in the absence of the President, will perform all the duties of the President, and will perform such other duties as may be delegated by the President.

Communications Officer/Secretary
• record and distribute meeting minutes within 5 days of a meeting

Treasurer
• keep detailed financial records for LRHASA
• present an updated balance statement

Members-at-large
• perform duties as needed. This includes but is not limited to: help with hot lunches, coordinating volunteers for events, and attending meetings regularly
