2025-2026 Safe and Inclusive School Plan A diagram of the essential conditions for learning, Picture

Our school is committed to providing all students with a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment free from bullying and harassment that promotes respect, acceptance, and empathy.

Staff, students, parents and caregivers, and community partners will work together as a team to help make our school safe and welcoming for everyone.

The Safe and Inclusive School Plan highlights some of the key actions that our school community will put in place as part of our bullying prevention and intervention efforts.

Key Priorities and Goals

This year we are focusing on Inclusion awareness with student voice and empowerment.

We are doing this to/because create a community of people who are uplifting each other through kindness, empathy, and patience.

Key Actions or Strategies
  • In October (Cyber Awareness month), J/I students will be chosen and invited to talk about starting an empowerment club. E.g., students creating “shorts” on social media platforms for video announcements

  • Parent education presentation(s) on Cybersafety. Movie night for the students, reach out to community experts.

Community and Home Connections
  • Ask your child about the best part of their day. Also ask if there is anything they would change!

  • Try modeling kindness, empathy, and patience at home with your child.
